How many people can the villa accommodate?
Up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms, with a king bed, three queen beds, a double bed, two single beds and three sofa beds.
Is the pool private?
No. The pool, sauna, cold plunge, and sports courts belong to the Domaine des villas scandinaves and are shared between properties. The outdoor hot tub and home gym, however, are private to the villa.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit at booking, then the balance 14 days before arrival, including a refundable $500 security deposit. Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer, at no charge.
Is the security deposit actually refunded?
Yes, by Interac e-Transfer within 7 business days after your departure, following an inspection of the property.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any amount paid is non-refundable, but no unpaid amount is ever charged. In practice: if you cancel after paying the 30% deposit but before day 14, you lose the deposit and nothing more. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
Are pets allowed?
One pet, 75 lb or under, by prior request, for a $100 fee. It must never be left alone and is not allowed on beds, sofas, or the mezzanine.
What time can I arrive?
Check-in starts at 5 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m.
How do I get into the villa?
Through a code lock. You'll receive the code three days before arrival — it's the last four digits of your phone number.
Can I host an event?
No. Get-togethers with friends or family are welcome, but parties and events are not allowed. Sound travels far in this area.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights at all times, three nights during long weekends and the holiday season.
